Our new range of specially assembled solar pump kits are ideal for pond fountains or garden water features. At the heart of each of our solar pump kits stands a high efficiency, German engineered, low voltage water pump.
These pumps have the ability to start up with very little power, as well as being highly reliable and come with a 5 year warranty. The low start up power means that the pump starts to run even in relatively low light levels.
We can supply a complete solar water feature pump kit, or if you already have a suitable 12V+ solar panel, simply the pump. Our custom built solar pumping kits are very simple and safe to install.
All of our solar pump kits are designed to perform well in the UK climate, as they use high efficiency solar pv panels which are oversized to compensate for lower levels of sunlight.
To select the correct pump system for your application, you need to establish roughly how many litres per hour you expect to see flowing out of your water feature, and how high the pump needs to lift the water. You can then refer to the pump performance charts on the pump brochure to establish which pump to use.
Typical flow rates : 840 L/hr @ 1.5m lift, 480 L/hr @ 2m lift, 300 L/hr @ 2.5m lift.
